I was digging on the fourth poem and decided to write it down for use in my own classroom as a ti-tam poem, and then thought I noticed something. The "pickin' peas" rhythm does not want to be ti-tam ta. It wants to be ti ta ti(tie)ta, with the "peas" coming an eighth note before the downbeat. It wants to be syncopated. Then I listened to you again and that's exactly how you spoke it. I like the way you spoke it! You did it the most natural way. That just means that this can't be used as a true ti-tam poem. Bummer! I got excited for a moment there.

Awesome stuff, thanks! I noticed, according to the music, you're singing "peas" and "sneeze" too early (on the & of 2). It sounds better the way you're singing, but that's not what's written.
