thats actually somethin i noticed, is that with my glutes, a lot of it is balance. like, being able to pull and push all the way through without getting wobbly is pretty difficult

I hated Bulgarian Split Squats!! But since I’ve seen you do it I put them in my regular booty days! And mannnn!!! 🔥 (once u get use to them they aren’t that bad anymore)

I always don't get how glutes work on barbell deadlifts. I just don't feel them working. Quads yes. Even it's more basic exercises for whole body. I do glutes activation beforehand. And only hip thrusts do actual job for burning glutes for me. Cable kickbacks are number two in that chart. What I'm doing wrong?

Push your hips out while thinking about your glutes( mind-muscle connection) .Try it very slowly so you can feel it. Dont go too deep if your duin RDLS, just right above the knees cause you dont want quads and hamstrings take over.

when you bend down, push your hips back, back straight, and knees slightly bend. i squeeze my glutes a bit when i come up and i also look in the mirror for better form

Maybe wear not so provocative leggings? Or longer t-shirt? When girls seek for attention at the gym by showing all the details through their clothes, they get that attention. Even a lot of other girls are against "whore looking" girls at the gym.

I don’t dress up for anyone but myself. Men are creeps and if you come to gym to look at ass you’re the issue not me.

Put your headphones on and ignore them. Make sure your not wearing see thru leggings. I see women bending over in see thru leggings and you could see everything😳. Then you see the guys following them around. If you think your leggings are sheer put a shirt around your waist.
