Don’t just jump into the wrist pushups First build plasticity flexibility and mobility exercises Second do them static and on ur knees at first,you can rock back and forth for example. Then after building sufficiently in both try the push ups

When doing his pushups, do it on your knees, it helps lessen the pain. 2nd, do half pushups instead of full. It works for me to build that strength on your wrists. After that slowly build your way to a full pushup

Overcoming isometrics, go to a wall that you know you can’t push, go in punching position, extended arm, and push against that walll with your hand in the punching position as long as you can

Thank you. In my gym, we serve with the dumbbells but not quickly. I also need to make my wrists stronger. I broke my right wrist and had surgery on my left wrist. I always need to wear wrist wraps when lifting anything over 15 pounds. I'll try these exercises. Especially the one with the resistance band. Thank you. Oh, and the bar!

I think the push-ups here is the most useful. Conditioning wrist for impact is good. Traditional strength training, hitting pads/boxing training, and maintaining flexibility and mobility probably do more than the dumbell and barbell stuff. But it definitely provides some benefits if you are adding it in as extra. Look at the guy though, he obviously does traditional strength training as well.

Been doing push ups with a 55 pound weight vest but not with my knuckles would use dumbbells to keep me elevated above the ground for a chest workout looks like I’m gonna alternate knuckle pushups and finger pushups into my routine hopefully I don’t span all my fingers hahahaha

X-ups, grabbing a weight plate and holding it out in front of you while twisting your hips and moving the plate side to side with the opposite side leg driving forward, prisoner style half rep/high rep constant tension close in push ups, dumbbell bench press, inverted/bodyweight rows, dumbbell rows
