In this video we show you 4 exercises to flex and improve hip mobility. As well as learning to dissociate the movement of the hips or hip joint from the movement in the lumbopelvic area.
Many pain that occurs in the lower back are closely related to incorrect mobility in the hip joint.
These exercises will help improve that movement and prevent future problems, such as arthrosis of the hip or protrusions or herniated discs in the lower back.
