1 spoonful of sugar (Optional)
1 tablespoon of milk or vegetable drink
PLANTAIN WAFFLES (Quantity per person)
1 plantain (250-300 gr. with skin)
50 gr. egg (1 egg M)
1 tablespoon of oil
1 tablespoon sugar (Optional)
1 tablespoon of milk or vegetable drink
MILK WAFFLES (Quantity per person)
30 gr. powdered whole milk
50 gr. egg (1 egg M)
5 gr. of baking powder (baking powder)
POTATO WAFFLES WITH PEPPERS (Quantity per person)
150 g boiled potato
25 g finely chopped onion
50 gr. egg (1 egg M)
1 tablespoon of oil
Salt to taste
1/2 pepper
