I try to apply this to every aspect of my life. ❤ Set small goals that is pushing me but reachable. This discipline has helped me alot with yoga and progress in body aaand mind over the almost 2 years i have practice 🙏 Thank you Jimmy, always a plesure 🥰

Hello, 3 things I hope you can answer 1) wondering what your view is about dynamic breathe. sohotyoga dude who seems as snr teacher as you (UK), says bikram original we are breathing all wrong. suppose to move with exhale v. bikram method inhale and move (then some postures 80/20). Now I feel all very confused. So I have come back to you. Do you have a perspective ? 2) I have always loved bikram yoga for me as same postures,. I find the 60min and 45min classes too quick.. and I end the class hardly feeling like i have done 'my yoga'. Feels like I am running behind in class. I do like to hold the posture for 60sec. I like to have a few breathe cycles in the posture so I can explore the posture. If my local is only offering 45min do you suggest I just skip savansa and hold or stay with class flow 3) I want to focus on a posture per week, like nth degree it e.g. standing head first, bow second wk. Do you have a video for each posture emphasising strengthening the stabilising muscles for that posture. Thankyou

Yes… we have Multiple vides on both Standing head to knee & St Bow…. Don’t skip savasana …. If you want 90 mins find a different studio…. The most I’m doing these days is 75 Mins… which will still kick your butt …. If you’re interested check it out … www.hotyogaondemand.com
