Welcome back to Study With Antonio, and happy Monday everyone!
Today, we'll study together for 4 hours once again. This video is the same one I've posted last week, the only difference being not having background noise at all here.
More videos coming up! I know a lot of you are in the middle of your summer break. However, if on one hand I think rest is ESSENTIAL in order to preserve long-term wellbeing and performance, on the other hand, I think we, as students and/or professionals, should always make it a point to maintain our healthy habits and rituals - and I think discipline, in this regard, should be treated the same way.
This applies to every aspect of life: it's good to see some muscle memory working its magic when you start training once again after months of not doing it, but you'll likely experience heavy muscle soreness afterward. If, instead, you keep training regularly, even if it's just 20-30 minutes per day or per every other day, you will be able to prevent muscle soreness or, in some cases, you might not feel any!
So, to make it short, I think healthy habits should be practiced during summertime as well. Read a new book, practice a new instrument, learn a new language, and even with 10 minutes per day, you will make astounding progress that will increase your self-esteem and your brain's fitness and elasticity.
