Marination :
Red Chilly powder 2 ½ tspn + Kashmiri Chilly Powder 1 tspn
Turmeric Powder - ½ tspn
Tamarind - 1 Lemon sized (Soak tamarind in warm water)
Salt 1 tspn(As per your taste preferences)
1. Mix all the 4 ingredients and form a thick consistency paste
2. Wash fish thoroughly
3. Marinate fish and keep for 15-30 mins
4. Heat oil in a pan as required
5. Fine Semolina(Rava) for frying(Optional, tastes great)
6. Dip marinated fish and fry each side for 5-7 minutes in low-medium flame
7. Best Served with rasam & rice
