CHICKEN PULAO ingredients;
Rice: 4 cups
Chicken: 1 kg
Ghee /oil: 1/3 cup
Black cumin seeds/ sha zeera : 1 tbsp
Cloves: 15-18
Black peppercorns: 1 tbsp
Green cardamoms. 6-7
Black cardamom: 2-3
Bay leaves: 3
Cinnamon stick: 3
Star anise: 3
Dried lemons: 3
Onions: 2 medium sliced
Ginger garlic : 2 tbsp crushed
Yogurt: 1/3 cup whisked
Coriander seeds: 1/2 tbsp crushed
Fennel seeds: 1/2 tbsp crushed
Scotch bonnet chillies: 3
Green chillies: 5-6
Tomatoes: 1 large sliced
Dried plums: 8-9
Salt: 3 tbsp (to taste)
Water 1200 ml
Nutmeg and mace powder: 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander and mint: 2 tbsp
SALSA Ingredients;
Tomatoes: 4 sliced
Garlic cloves: 3
Green chilli / jalapeño: 1
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Coriander: handful
Salt: 1/2 tsp
BASQUE CHEESECAKE ingredients :
Cream cheese: 600 g
Self raising flour: 15 g
Cornflour: 5 g
Eggs: 4
Vanilla Extract: 1 tbsp
Granulated sugar: 240 g
Double Cream: 240 g
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
I use the 7 inches springform pan in the video to give it height
SHINWARI KEEMA ingredients;
Mince: 1 kg
Ghee: 1/2 cup
Garlic and Ginger: 1 tbsp crushed
Green chillies: 6-7
Tomatoes: 250 g (6-7 medium sized)
Salt: 1 & 1/2 tsp
Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Crushed chillies: 1 tsp (to taste)
Coriander powder: 1 tbsp
Cumin powder: 1 tbsp
Black Pepper: 1 tsp
Coriander chopped: 2 tbsp
Ginger julienne cut: as required
