Very nice build. I built one on the blue Kent frame from wort mort. Top speed of 30. Starts first or second pull. Came with a bad spark plug. Alignment was perfect never used the tensioner. I mounted it out of the way on the bike just in case.

@@goose278 it's my aim to have a four stroke engine. I've had the wee 49cc two stroke chinese thing for 12 years now, it still runs okay on the flats😊😉 it's lost it's power for the hilly bits😆😂😂 I tried a longer pipe which increased the power, yet the tick over had to be stupidly high to prevent it from stalling when stopped in traffic😆😅😂 plus, the clangity clang of the two stroke gets a bit much after 20 minutes🤔🥴😜 great inspiration, thank you...

Ive yet to build a motorized bicycle, but at 00:28 can you explain what this is and why it was included in the slide show? Is this sprocket assembly standard or was this custom? If custom, why did you go custom and not go the standard sprocket assembly route?
@goose278

Hey Chris! That is a rag joint it's not a very good sprocket assembly but it comes with the kit. In another video I have it shows the better route to go, it clamps around the Hub and it's not as wacky as that. that is very hard to get set perfectly. The Hub mount is not that expensive and it's definitely the way to go
