Magnesium glycinate! Chicken bone broth or glycine supp. Not too high doses of L-Theanine so it doesn’t interact with dopamine a lot. 👍👍

Cool I usually take magnesium glycinate, taurine, and sometimes tryptophan with dinner or chamomile / lemon balm teas combined together. I call it 'benzo tea'

useful thing: dont consume too much content before sleep, just watch a part from a movie or series ( not scrolling on reels or social media feed)because too much information ( even if is reels or tiktok) stimulates you

On your Aspartame video: Human Equivalent Dose of Aspartament Low Dosage: 40 mg/kg/day = 227 mg/day Medium Dosage: 80 mg/kg/day = 450mg/day High Dosage: 160 mg/kg/day = 908mg/day This does not seem correct, avg. human weight in N. America is 80kg, wouldn't the equivalent doses look like the following: Low Dosage: 40 mg/kg/day = 3200 mg/day Medium Dosage: 80 mg/kg/day = 6400 mg/day High Dosage: 160 mg/kg/day = 12800 mg/day Please check this and if necessary correct your video to avoid misleading on health topics.

Currently taking 800mg of Magnesium Bisglycinate, 8g of Glycine, and 3g of Taurine about 30 minutes to an hour before bed. Are there any known issues that would arise with the GABA system using this type of stack?

So Glycine is an aminoacid, but also a neurotransmitter? GlyNAC is said to work miracles in elderly people, btw. I eat a bunch of eggs each day. That's a bunch of glycine right there. Also eat the skin of the egg to get a bunch of rare collagen.

I use all Stuff in this Video....but I miss the Gamechangers In sleep for me was CBD Oil(I use 2 Drops of 10% CBD 1 hour before Sleep.. The other thing is Melatonin...i use a 3 Mg Tab...but... I break in a Quater.. One Part I take 2 Hours before Bed...the bigger Part.. 2 Quater is 1 Hours before bed. When I started magnesium bisglycinate my sleep quality improved significantly. Then I added about 150-165mg L-theanine an hour before bed and it improved significantly again. Yet to try taurine or glycine.

It might not seem like it because it’s always an ingredient in energy drinks and such but it does have a calming effect for some. Others aren’t very tolerant but that’s rare. I’d give it a try with just supplementing taurine and see how you feel. You don’t have to test right before sleep many 2-3 hours to see how you feel

Depends on the person, I have high endogenous production genetically and so supplementation makes me feel weird and gives me an anxiogenic rebound.

@@Kraaayn did you notice any negative sideeffects? I searched everywhere for negetive reviews before taking EK, but haven't found anything. And as far as I know the 5AR inihibition takes places only in the prostate. And after taking it, I can only tell good things about it especially concerning Libido.

I just want to say thank you for putting the effort in the time you and your brother for teaching us all the time, something new and exciting. We are physically attached to our phone like there’s no tomorrow and half of the population are forgetting what happened to the pass, but we can I change that because it’s too late, I wish that the human race can I actually think for once what’s beyond the galaxy and in venture I do understand that it cost money.
