3️⣿ Liquidity: Can I borrow against it, get a credit line, or sell it quickly if needed? Gotta have options, baby! 🚪
4️⣿ Upside Potential: Can I increase the value through renovations, re-tenanting, or other value-add strategies? That's where the real money is made! 💥
Like working out, the more deals you underwrite, the stronger your investment muscles get. 💪 Persist through those initial roadblocks, and soon enough, you'll be syndicating deals left and right with your partners. 🤝
