The delivering of meds sounded like a job right up your alley. Idea, you can rent a small unit at a self serve storage facility and keep the large bags in there at night. You could do the meds delivery job and also do the gig economy when you have time . Looking toward the future you might want to look into doing a service business like carpet cleaning and/or window cleaning. Both will cost some money to get into but if you don't mind hard work and working for YOURSELF you can really make good money with both. I made 80K as a carpet cleaner working for myself year number one! As I said you will need some money for marketing and equipment and a vehicle OR work for an existing company where they supply everything while you get your feet wet and save money. In your situation ANY business you get into will be tough in the begining but at the same time you can set yourself up for the long haul if you do the right things! Goodluck!

Damn proud of you Jake...and yes, you SHOULD be DAMN proud of yourself...and I think at this point, what I can tell, is that you might be skeptical and maybe a little afraid of making a jump into what you want to really do...just a guess. The sheer BOREDOM of everyday life vs. the fear of things not working out are both there. I definitely could see you as a drug counselor for sure, your heart is present for that and clear understanding of the critical thinking aspect that is happening once your going through this far in this stage of recovery is there as well...but honestly, even though you say your not a travel guy and that you like the city, I think it's travel where it's at. Some of the most successful people are the traveling in your car/van types here on youtube. I plan on doing more traveling vids myself once I get back out on the road (w/my cat! lol) but my car broke down after trying car life for 2 weeks so I'm stuck but getting a minivan soon and trying to keep positive even though I'M STUCK at home now! Look forward to the next chapter!

Talking is helpful for me and finding opportunities to serve others not only helps others with their struggles it also helps me get out of my head for a little while and helps me realize how far I’ve come and most importantly that I am appreciated, and I have skills and abilities that are useful and needed. I am grateful for the chance to wake up and do it again!! Congratulations Jake!

Love you Jake. Been a subscriber for a couple yrs now. I love that on your list at no.1 is Spiritual advancement; connecting with your higher self. That right there is our purpose. I’m a meditation teacher/spiritual counselor. Yes! You do have successes. Keep focused on the good things. But also do know, that in the supposedly bad stuff, it’s loaded with the best for you at that time. A piece of knowledge I recently realized for myself is when gauging your success in life, do know, spiritual advancement is really the ONLY thing that matters. Money, job, house, … stuff is not the reason your spirit chose this journey. Your spirit chose this journey for spiritual growth. PERIOD. And you are growing by leaps n bounds. Wallow in that success. Revel in that inner knowledge of strength and connection to the divine. Something I have found besides meditation, contemplation, introspection, and journaling is Abraham Hicks. I watch several videos through out my day, to help keep my thoughts happy. If we tear ourselves down, or wallow in past supposed mistakes, not acknowledging that those down times actually gave me the most advancement spiritually, you’re not acknowledging the true successes that matter. On a side note, I wonder if you’ve ever thought of getting your CDL? I spent a few yrs driving long haul, I love driving, and traveling and making moola! Give it some thought. I think you’d be a fantastic truck driver. So much love to you Jake. ❤❤❤

You have probably already thought of this but if you are in the position you may look into truck driving. Kinda the same concept as living in car except that you have a potential to earn a actual livable wage. Companies also pay for school or you can look into your local department of labor for free classes. Also KZitem loves trucking content it a great way to grow your channel to.

Jake. I just found your videos. You seem intelligent and VERY capable and motivated of doing great things. I would set short term, achievable steps, rather large long term goals. It is a fantastic time to be open and looking for job opportunities. There are so many jobs available that employers cannot find hard working people for. Its all about what you want to do. You do sound like you want to meet a woman at some point - I would get focused on getting stable work and housing and the connection with people will come. Do you have any plans on what's next as far as a life change out of the car, and onto the next phase of life? I am sure you are asked this all of the time. I'd lived out of my car for a bit more than two years in sort of a concentrated area of LA while I worked a full-time job. The hassles just got to me. And while it was fun and adventuresome at the get go, it did get real old the two-year mark. But yeah, the nagging questions of "so, what's next?" did get me going into finding what was next. Whether it be work, location, a relationship with an S/O. I had to close that "in transition" phase down to move up professionally at least.

Curious how you have 2k in bills and you live in your car? You should be saving a LOT by living in your car? Your car payment can't be any more than 300-400 a month even with bad credit? Cell phone (100?) Credit cards? Ok minimum can't be all that bad? Just wondering. You definitely should be saving a lot. I'm no financial advisor but you should reach out to a few other people who live in their car and see how they save.
