Yea, prices are going to drop soon bc people who need loans cant get them (dont have the income to afford the price level with new interest rates) so the only thing propping up the market now is not so savvy investors. They'll start pulling out this year as rental inflation has maxed out already, land value is next...
@nofurtherwest3474
Жыл бұрын
I think that medium sized cities will have the most resurgence. Because they have utilities already there. People will get tired of the van life and RVs and off grid due to the maintenance. And will want the city utilities and other conveniences like being near grocery stores and schools and hospitals and barbers, etc etc. But mainly it's the infrastructure that's already in place. In older rust belt cities in Ohio and Indiana for example. But I could be wrong. But in my opinion, those cities offer the most value, and are quite pragmatic for the average citizen. You can eat well, get educated, have fun playing sports and stuff. Attend events. Get ice cream and live quite well.

@wesleyturner1979 dude maybe you never paid attention to history. One every border has been drawn as a result of war. 2. Indians didn't think you could own land. So when the white man asked to buy land they thought the white man was stupid and took the gold, silver, and alcohol thinking they were getting over. If England didn't take it than Spain would have. If not for America how do we give land's back to the rightful owned. Should the world be divided between Japan and Nazi Germany? Without America the war would have ended very differently. History has shaped the world. Try to live in reality and not the fairytale you think it should be

So if you can reWhy, What would be the average cost of something like that in today's market? Is or if still available what is the price? Well this is great for someone under 50 years old to consider I would suggest that anybody that is near the older age such as 60 and above would probably want to be within 15 minutes of a hospital not an hour and a 1/2.
