Hi, there is another running workout and this time it is a 40 minute running workout with a "BOOST" for WEIGHT LOSS. This is an all-standing, no-jumping, all-knee-friendly workout that's gentle on the joints, yet still burns fat thanks to the short intervals.
With this running training you train your entire body and it certainly contains a number of core exercises that can help you strengthen and strengthen your abdomen at the same time.
To increase the intensity of this running workout, skip all breaks or add a few light weights.
