Is this the best power yoga workout in 2022? I would say yes, as I am dropping sweat from this exercise and I had to struggle in the end🤣.I have been doing your sessions since a few years now and they never disappointed. Thank you Tim !😊

I broke my collarbone about a year ago and even though I practise daily and went through physio I can still feel pain and restrictions, both strength and mobility wise. This class was amazing strengthening work for the shoulders. Thank you so much! For all the videos so far, not just for this one.

Very challenging workout! I loved it! On the pose in sitting where you put your hands down and lift your bottom up, I found that my arms weren't long enough to allow me to lift (note the issue was not that I was not depressing my scapulas, I'm a physio and am well aware of how to do that action). So, I used fists and then was able to do it. Just thought I would mention that in case other people have the same challenge.

Hardcore! Great wrist workout (especially nice for long-distance cycling). Loved the challenge of posing on the front of the feet, that was a new one for me. "Rocking into crow" (already tried R&B and Hip Hop loll) - I can always count on your for a chuckle in the early morning . Also that was some serious ab work toward the end with the low boat poses. I think someone else mentioned, you said you were going to be completely quiet in shavasana but I am very glad that you were not - I prefer a little light chatter - I did this at 4:30am this morning and I likely would have sank back to sleep in shavasana without your comments. Thanks, Tim -- a tough class for sure but I enjoyed the challenge. I struggled a bit with the wrist/hand position in the reverse plank at 24:16. Thoughts on fingers pointing to the side or forward instead of back? Would that affect the shoulder action?

Great question Anne. You can start with the hips down or supporter on a block and just work the shoulder blade action without lifting up until you get used to the position. The hand position biases external rotation for the shoulder, whereas the fingers forward biases internal rotation. Strengthening both are important. this was great but im consistently having a very hard time hearing you, i do this on my laptop and w the volume maxed its still a whisper so i often strain my neck to see what youre doing. anyway to up the volume in your editor? thanks for the amazing content
