I have been doing these workouts since March and the one move I was not strong enough to do was pike push up. Today I did my first 5, I had happy tears because I couldn’t believe it, Thank you Anna for helping us grow 😁💪🏻

I just would like to say a MASSIVE thank you!! You have literally saved my life, I met with a dietician a few weeks ago regarding the eating disorder that I developed during the lockdown pandemic last year and got told I wasn't allowed to do the usual high-intensity exercises that I would usually do along with 2 runs/walks every day on very little food, which absolutely FREAKED me out!!! But I found your low-impact workouts (which are definitely still high intensity and make me break a sweat) but they were easier on my heart and made me realise that they can be just as effective as high-impact workouts and that there is no need to do high impact every day (I am also following a meal plan to help me eat regularly). I have started to do your high-impact ones now too and I LOVE them! You have helped me fall in love with fitness and I actually enjoy working out now instead of seeing it as a chore to burn as many calories as possible, the range of exercises is amazing + I used to avoid workouts with push-ups which I knew I couldn't do very well as I wanted to focus on cardio to burn as much as possible but now I can do push-ups!! I also love the fact you incorporate warm-ups and cool-downs in your videos because before I found you I wouldn't cool down or even warm up sometimes leading to many injuries because of excessive exercise and not proper stretching. U deserve the absolute most, and more subscribers because your content is incredible!! If anyone is in the same boat as me just know you can recover and that eating enough and regularly will only allow you to push more in your workouts or just give you enough energy to just get up and enjoy the day and life more in general! There is no need to push yourself at 100% every day or do extreme exercise. My next challenge is to overcome the negative mindset around wanting a smaller waist and burning calories and 'bad' foods as I still have disordered thoughts and to also try and take rest days as I find that extremely hard!! I would love more 40-45 minute hiit's please with tabata finsihers because they are my favourite!!!!

This workout has been great ! I’m still disappointed in my self because I took soo many breaks for the first time and felt so weak because I just couldn’t do it. I finished the workout at 70% I just couldn’t do it.. I’m very mad at myself but I will try harder and I will get to my goal! To all my girls out there who aren’t confident! You got this! Don’t give up and we can do this! Out bodies are amazing different or not! Don’t be harsh on your self and your body! Go easy ! I love you guys! And thanks so much Anna for this workout! It makes me feel great and tired with pain 😅 Day 2! Oh my gosh! I’m so proud of myself! I took less breaks, got to 100%! And I see results! Thank you so much! It was lots of burns but this one comment that I read kept me going and liking the burns. “ I love the burns! 🔥” i just kept thinking about it and liked it! Day 3 ( Skipped ) Day 4 Oh my I feel so good! I see results in my arms ! I love this workout and it makes me feel so strong and powerful and also confident! I love my body and you should too! This makes me feel great! I made it till the end! I took some breaks but not many! I love this workout !

I have been doing your workouts for a number of months now. I sometimes look at other workouts on KZitem but I always come back to you. The exercises are extremely challenging but are easy to execute. There are no ridiculous pointless complications. Thanks to you my body is changing in all the right ways. And I can now do press ups. It's been a while since I last worked out, so I'm going to be consistent with this one until i can do the full video. I'll track my progress here: Week 1: • Day 1 (March 14th): I did like 10 minutes and I'm already dead lol, but it felt good to do at least the first part of each section - Day 2 (March 18th): I am a little busy with university but this workout really makes me feel active

crushed this yesterday 💪🏼, ARMS WERE BURNING LIKE NEVER BEFORE and yet i was motivated to finish it! 🔥i used a mini band for the middle segment of this routine which is done lying down and my legs were totally shaking from the burn 🔥🔥, enjoyed it thoroughly, loads of thanks Anna! 😘

day 1 of my legs and arms workout - it felt so tiring because my body is not used to workout. I hope it changes overtime. I really want to improve and gain muscles to my legs and arms because they look very thin so I decided to change my workout from focusing to my belly to focusing on my legs and arms. yes more please. The arm segment especially is great (my weak spot) - although is it possible to keep weak (injured) wrists in mind. Maybe not for all exercises but for some? Thanks Anna, your videos are consistently very good and worth the time and effort.
