I really like the alteration between short intervals of cardio on the one hand vs. longer intervals w/ dumbbells on the other hand. It made the workout fly really quick. Thanks, Ana, dear!

Smashed it 😊thank you for this combination of weights, cardio and my favorite tabata ❤. Was pretty easy compared to other workouts of yours but anyway good and fun. My heart rate didn’t raise above 130, while when I do your hiits it sometimes reaches 180 😂. Thank you once more ❤

Whenever I don’t feel like going to the gym I just exercise with your videos. They are simply the best! I love the fact they are quiet (no talking), they are also apartment appropriate, there is always such a nice music, they are not too difficult but still very engaging and effective. I also love that after each of them I soak in sweat and feel like I accomplished sth! I don’t have to force myself to do your workouts, they are literally my safe place when I don’t feel like doing anything else. I hope you keep posting forever and ever! @@shroomsforbreakfast I do a lot of ab workouts but I’ve been reading up on it and I think I need a mix of cardio, FULL BODY strength training and a healthy diet with more protein and fiber and less “empty calories” to balance it all out. I found a weekly plan for my workouts today was my first day wish me luck. Thank you for the suggestion!
