좋은영상 감사합니다 다만 단점을 얘기해보자면 신체랑 옷이랑 쓸릴때? 라고해야되나 소리가 목소리보다 커서 볼륨을 작게해도 13:00 때 처럼 잡음이라고 해야되나? 그런게 좀들려서 볼륨 조절이 필요해보입니다 그냥 단점만 말한거예요 운동은 더할나이 없이 좋구요

500 + calories burnt (only change i made is with walking jacks.. i changed it to jumping jacks) weight: 78kg height: 178cm if this info helps anyone looking for number of calories burnt by doing this exercise.

About 2 weeks ago I stumbled one of your video. At that time even though I am interested but I kept on saying to myself I got no time. But about a week ago I told to myself F**k it, lets just do it. I work from home atm so I just sacrifice my lunch time to do your 30 mins or 40 mins exercise. Coz i sacrifice my lunchtime I gotta improvise my lunch. Samyang ramyun was replaced with boiled eggs/canned tuna and fruits (the quickest to make). 1st day when i start, I literally died. I was so unfit and whole body was sore. Fast forward a week I can see improvement even though still unfit. Let's hope I can turn this habit into permament lifestyle. 🤞🤞🤞 Thank you for the useful and great video! Love it!

Omg, I had to take a 2 minute breather at minute 21. And then I started up where I left off and I am drenched!! This is my first week back to excercising. I was 320 on Sunday, amd now 5 days later I am 312. I am walking everyday from 1hr to 1hr and a half at the park. And now I am going to include your videos in my evening workouts. Thank you for making this video! It was really a good pace to follow❤😁😁

So, I thought this one was ok. I am a 55 year old male with severe osteoporosis. I fractured my L1 last year. The workout didn't really get my heart rate up. The most challenging were the High plank and Dead bug. Still love you guys!
