Earla Weese Earla Weese you're why I can't stand liberals. The reason New York City costs so much is like you said, is the allure and idea of living there. THAT'S CALLED DEMAND, YOU STUPID IDIOT. there's a high demand to live in New York City, Manhattan, and a limited amount of supply, which causes the prices to skyrocket. Basic economics. Now to move onto your statement about punching the Hiltons and Trumps in the face, first of all they don't walk out the front door, specifically for reasons you just stated. They leave through the garage of the building, so by the time they're outside, they're behind highly tinted windows of a luxury sedan, probably armored, and usually gone before you are the wiser. Now let's say they they DO leave through the front doors, which some celebrities do sometimes. What's the one thing they usually have with them? A shit load of security. So let's say you defy the odds of getting close enough to them to punch one. Then what? What's your exit strategy? You're going to immediately get tackled by security and then arrested. For what reason? Either way it seems to me that you have a personal vendetta against them, and rich and I in general. Oh and you say that the only way these buildings will work is if everyone in America can afford and live like that, which makes no sense. because One57 was 50 percent sold out before it was even finished being built. That's a billion dollars in sales alone. 432 Park avenue, built because rich people who can afford it. What does that tell you? APPARENTLY THESE BUILDINGS WORK, WITHOUT NEEDING THE REST OF AMERICA TO BE ABLE TO AFFORD IT, STUPID. sorry they didn't ask your permission to live the life they want. And these people actually don't bring anyone down. you have a job because a rich person has a company that hired you. You're just a sour socialist social justice warrior who's jealous you can't live the life they made for themselves.

And after a couple of years will sell it with profit to some other rich person, who again will probably never live there. Especially if they are from Russia or some other foreign country. Who are just seeing this as an investment opportunity. And not as a house they are going to live in. While the interior designer who put in all this energy to make that place look nice, can't even afford to live there.

*Sweetheart, keep crying because it’ll raise our sea levels and drown everyone so that they’ll realise that they should’ve made NYC liveable for anyone who wants to live there in the way that they want to live there. So, go ahead and keep crying so that NYC will eventually be flooded by your tears and eventually everyone will have to move out for their debts and live in cookie cutter suburban homes and stay trapped in 7 hours in concrete highways while listening to Top 40 hits and their A/C goes out and they ROAST alive and end up opening their front doors and start running around the highway tapping on windows asking for cigarettes like Amy Winehouse. So, yes... CRY and CRY and CRY harder because you’ll always want to live in NYC and even if you do get there, you’ll probably be homeless and working a job you don’t want to work for people that’ll laugh at how DUMB you are. Keep telling yourself that you’ll be there for ONE day and guess what? You’ll be there for ONE day and only ONE day and then go elsewhere once you realise how expensive it is to live in a city where screaming “PLEASE BUY ME THE TOP PENTHOUSE IN 432 PARK AVENUE” will just have people walking past you like you’re a rat OR MAYBE just MAYBE you’ll have some KZitemr walk past you to title his/her new video “I BOUGHT A RANDOM HOMELESS THE TOP PENTHOUSE AT 432 PARK AVENUE”. So, yes... CRY CRY CRY CRY CRY. WAAAA WAAAA WAAAAAA. KEEP IT GOING UNTIL NYC EXPERIENCES THE FLOODS OF NOAH’S ARC FOR EVERYTHING THEY’VE DONE FOR EVERYONE WHO’S WANTED TO LIVE THERE IN THE UPMOST LUXURY WHILE WALKING AROUND IN LUXURIOUS ROBES HAND-SEWN BY DONATELLA VERSACE’S DOGS THEMSELVES.*

I think is very interesting how part of Manhattan's tourism propaganda is the famous skyline, yet they allow it to be ruined. Also, people don't realize the extent of things like this; part of making a city socially healthy is preserving class interaction and overall aesthetic, which sounds crazy but is true. Once you create a slogan like "billionaire's row" that is inaccessible to most and build such an ugly building that completely breaks how the local community looks at the city, you force this community to not feel completely at home therefore not value the city nor feel the responsibility to care for it. Allowing some small d*ck guy to build something like this really goes to the extent of damaging your city as a whole solely because the building is ugly.

every time I return to watch this video (because I watch it very often) it gives me a feeling of sadness and despair combined with melancholy, maybe to anyone it seems like an amazing and beautiful space, but i feel much more indescriptible things, I can't imagine all the feelings I'd have if I was there, just imagine waking up and watching that 1:59, it's unbelievable.

@@Pv488 yeah! Exactly, It's really a dream, you know what the funniest thing is? that the owners of these condominiums, (at least a large number) do not even live there and it is only one of many properties that they have.

@@snowman2149 That's true, I have read that the building has many problems, it is a bit disappointing, and more for the owners of the highest condominiums, considering that they are the ones who paid the most, but if it didn't have any of these problems it would be without a doubt one of the best places to live, NYC is a beautiful city, those views are amazing.

I really love the work of the young woman. It's fine, elegant and sober (except for the green leaves in my kitchen, I prefer real flowers from Amazonia). Kelly Behun expresses herself very delicately and aptly on his work and the different luminosities of the day. The only thing she does not mention are smells and noises, sounds. Do we hear the wind or the hubbub of the city? In any case, she respects this sentence of the great scuptor Brancusi. "Simplicity is resolute complexity".
