Omg i sweat so much more than I anticipated! Loved the ab burner, I hardly ever sweat with workouts anymore.especially ones that aren’t jumping ! I loved it thank you for this fab Pilates sequence xx

Hello dear Thanks for thus work out I have question When I am in the downdog position and I want to raise my leg, my pelvis rotates when I raise my leg. What exercises should I do so that the pelvis does not rotate when I lift the leg.

This actually depends on your preference.. for pilates I would recommend thicker mats (more than 5-6 mm) and for yoga you can also go for thinner ones. If you feel pain in your knee at times I would go for a thicker mat, as it is a bit more comfortable for your joints. However, personally, I like to workout and flow on my 4mm Manduka eco mat. I have always linked it in the description box down below in case you are curious.. but in the end it comes down to what you like most😊 the best is to try out different mats and see which one works best for you 😊 but there really is no right or wrong - you should feel comfortable while working out or doing yoga 🥰

If I could provide some gentle feedback, I’d love if your voice was just a little bit louder! Sometimes I had a hard time hearing you over the music, but otherwise I love your workouts! waoooo that was quite intense ! Since my floor isn't that strong and i didn't want to bother my neighbour i didn't do the jumps but still felt the work !!! :) Thanks for your great videos Nathalie.
