This STANDING ABS workout is FIRE! We target the waist and abs using cardio & toning moves. Get a smaller waist by increasing your calorie deficit & performing waistline toning movements. This is a moderate pace, Standing Abs Cardio Workout. Add 1 lb. LaceUp wrist weights to increase the calorie burn and to challenge the abs even more. To sculpt and tone the arms we are using 3 lb weights during the arm section. All moves are 40 seconds with no rest, that keep you in a steady state cardio the entire time! We are moving to the beat to increase the burn! All moves are low impact with no jumping so it's easy on the knees.
