Hi, ready to start walking?? With this METABOLIC WALKING CARDIO WORKOUT you will take a lot of steps and burn a lot of calories. Easy exercises, but in such a way that your heart rate is in your combustion zone. The exercises do no jumping and are therefore knee-friendly.
Each movement consists of 50 seconds of movement and 10 seconds of rest. You don't need any materials so let's do it together!!
