Today's workout focuses on steady-state cardio that targets the waist and abs. This moderate-paced standing cardio session will help tighten and tone your midsection while burning calories. Concentrate on engaging your core with every movement! We'll do 20 moves, each for 35 seconds with a 5-second transition. Optional 1lb wrist weights can enhance the workout and add some arm toning, but avoid going heavier than 2lb to prevent shoulder overuse injuries. As an added bonus, we’re moving to the beat of the music! Find some space and let's go!
