Thank you so much!! This was exactly what I had in mind when I requested this!!! I am born with a neckmuscle which has not developed enough, so is it too short/small. This gives me a life time pleasure of chronic neck- shoulder- and backpain. This video helped me relax and stretch those muscles. Again, Thank you so much! Namaste!

In your last pose with head on the hammock, I feel hurt on my ears as it's tighten and hold my ears closer. Also if I relax, my head will slowly slide out. Is there any alternation for this pose?

Well this pose suppose to put pressure on the ears, that way we increase blood circulation in that area and stimulate pressure points in the ears. Also, the silk should be under the ears, not on them and the hair should be inside the silk, otherwise the head might slide out.

It might be that at the beginning the silk squeezes and create some discomfort, but eventually body gets used to it :) just take it easy, or put some blanket on top of the silk :)
