45 MINUTE BRUTAL POWER CARDIO - Well, let me start by saying that this cardio hiit workout was one of the hardest I've done in a while! Wowza were my cheeks beat red! I mean, it's called brutal power cardio for a reason. That said, this hiit workout is so great for fat burning, and for your cardiovascular health. On my Apple 4 watch, I burned 512 calories and had it set to high intensity intervals (which this was). Please take breaks in between to let your heart rate come down and have a sweaty, fun workout!
