This 45 minute pilates workout with weight is a combination of classic pilates exercise and standing pilates exercises with weights for best fat burning effect! This workout is no jumping routine for full body workout ! I'm using 3 lbs light dumbbells (each). We are using pilates exercises with dumbbells to build lean body and mat pilates exercises to tighten abs, arms and booty!
