I replaced the front sight on my Rossi R92 .454 Casull with a Marbles Hi Vis sight. The dove tail was a tight fit and I had to use a honing stone to make the front sight fit. I just shot it in from 25 yards and finished an inch high, dead center with a 3/4 inch group. The round is my hand load; Vv N 105, Hornady 240 gr Ftx Mag at 1,700 fps. Ten rounds, drifting the front sight, and that is enough on my surgically repaired 74 year old shoulder. Ultimately, it will be zeroed at 100 yards. I also bought a Marbles Bullseye sight, but I will not go that route just yet.

Love the 454 Casul, have the raging bull 8 3/8 barrel, what a sweet shooter and accurate as hell. I'm 75 and I couldn't help but notice your effort to get up from kneeling position so you're not 16 anymore either, ain't old age grand? A little more crip on those rounds maybe?
