In this video, we are trying to show you the places to visit in Beirut, Lebanon which is still trying to be alive after the explosion in the harbour, as well as mentioning the deep economic crisis and electricity problem in the country.
I think Beirut still needs to be at least 7-8 years to improve. Even if it's been more than 2,5 years there are still abandoned places, damaged and windowless buildings and interrupted consructions in the heart of the city.
What they call the black market in Beirut are actually exchange offices. Banks are not used in the country, and ATMs are broken by citizens. Credit cards are not accepted at the restaurants, only cash payments are accepted. Even if the credit card is already accepted, you will have to pay almost 6 times more money as it will be processed at the bank rate (official rate).
