Thanks, I appreciate it. I wish I could have expected it back in the day. But better late than never.

I had the same board ! M919 and even had the same cache module. The board recognized it, but the testing programs did not :) Typical of PC Chips xd I finally sold this board because I had enough of it. PS. Those two chips to the right of the SIMM slots are fake caches :) In my board they were empty :) Plastic :)

I have one of these too, it behave super strange when I tried to use with EDO RAM on it while the real Cache was enabled and present when I replace the EDO with FPM it behave OK pretty fast and no more issues while benchmarking or using it, I think I found a couple of EDO SIMMs that worked OK but it was still kind of pointless as it wasn't faster than with FPM.

Nice build and very nice looking case! Love those number nine cards, they always look so impressive. That Media Vision card is also quite interesting too. I have a JAZZ16 but that one looks like there is more going on with extra chips. Tie Fighter was one of my absolute favorites back in the day too 👍

Thank you I'm still trying to find what works for me and the viewers. I don't really want to go into the history of anything I just want to entertain my viewers. Again thank you for your honesty I appreciate it 🙂

I love that case! The door on the front is very cool. And the Sound Canvas sounds amazing, I love that you used Rise of the Triad to test the sound, that game is one of my favorites. Great video, I really enjoyed it! Keep up the good work 👍

Thank you. I wish I had better skills for editing and more time to do this stuff. I want to do another 486 video and try a few new things. so if time allows me too. Thank you, you helped boost my sprites. the next videos I will use my capture system and try voice over.

Finally I can watch some videos now I've finished mine! The case I'm moving my 5x86 to in my next video resembles yours, but only from the outside. Yours is taller, and very different behind the door. Love that motherboard - VIP models like that are somewhat rare it seems. I don't think anyone would argue that PCI would generally outperform VLB, so I guess it's there for compatibility and to ease the cost of upgrading (so you can keep your old graphics card). Nice game choices as well - those Star Wars games define the first half of the '90s for me.
