I've listed what I've made by eye, so when you make it, please prepare it while tasting it.
[Okonomiyaki toast]
2 slices bread
2 pieces spring cabbage
2 slices pork belly
2 eggs
Appropriate amount cheese
Appropriate amount Okonomi sauce (You can also use barbecue sauce.)
Appropriate amount mayonnaise
Appropriate amount Katsuobushi (bonito flakes)
Appropriate amount Aonori (dried green seaweed)

4 slices pork belly
1/4 piece spring cabbage
1 bag bean sprouts
1/2 green onion
1 piece ginger
1 tsp chicken stock soup base
2 tsp sesame oil
A little salt and pepper
[Warabi (bracken) pickled in garlic and soy sauce]
130g Warabi (bracken)
2 cloves garlic
1 chili pepper
50ml Sake
100ml Mirin
100ml soy sauce
1 and 1/2 tablespoons sugar
[Taco rice with tomato Soboro (minced meat)]
Appropriate amount rice
500g minced meat
2 tomatoes
2 pieces ginger
1/2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Garam masala
A little salt
*Toppings are of your choice, such as spring leafy vegetables or cheese.
*Dashi soup for ochazuke (soup rice)
700ml Dashi soup
2 tbsp Sake
2 tbsp Mirin
3 tbsp soy sauce
[Broccoli soy milk yogurt dressing]
1/2 broccoli
2 shiitake mushrooms
3 tbsp Mentsuyu (Japanese soup base)
90ml water
3 tbsp strained soy milk yogurt
2 tsp white miso
[Spicy udon with spring vegetables and whitebait]
2 servings Udon
1/2 bunch chives
Appropriate amount whitebait
1 Udo (Japanese mountain vegetables) peel
A little green onion
3 tbsp sesame oil
4 tbsp Yakiniku sauce or BBQ sauce
1-2 tsp Bean sauce
1 tsp Chinese pepper
1 tsp grated garlic
A little chili oil
[Udo, asparagus and wakame salad]
1 Udo (Japanese mountain vegetables)
2 asparagus
Appropriate amount Wakame seaweed
*Please eat with your favorite dressing or vinegared miso.
[Mixed rice with firefly squid and Warabi (bracken)]
2 cups rice
About 15 firefly squid
