It was an amazing video. LA is a big city because the plane was over the city about 14minutes, this is crazy. ❤

I don't know how interested you are in this area, but they are only over "LA city" for a short time. At the beginning of the video, they are way out over the desert north of Joshua Tree National Park. The lake you see around the 3 minute mark is Big Bear Lake. Then around the 4 minute mark you can see Lake Arrowhead and Silverwood Lake. Around the 5 minute mark they are over the San Bernardino area. At 8:15, you can just see the end of the runway at Ontario International Airport. All of this stuff so far has been in San Bernardino County. Then they continue west into Los Angeles County over many different cities until they land at LAX. This is probably WAY more than you wanted to know, but I am kind of a map geek. And if you ever wanted to look at Google Maps, you could see the flight path they took.

@@NsixVHF I'm not familiar the area with this detail but majority of people think that all of this is LA for example I know that Beverly Hills is a city but because all LA county is attached to each other, all of these area for us look like LA but you right there are many cities around LA seamlessly. Thanks.

This isn’t even all of the city, it keeps going north (up to Santa Clarita) and south through Orange County, until you reach San Clemente.

@@sairon63 It doesn't matter. In the real world, a continuous urban area is what defines what a metropolitan is, it has nothing to do with invisible lines. With that established, Los Angeles is the principal city of SoCal and the entire region is literally an extension of LA, all 24 million inhabitants; it is the largest metropolitan in North America. Mexico City is 2nd with 22 mil, and New York 3rd with 18 million.

Cool video. Thanks for sharing. Were you using a gimbal or some sort of stabilizing device?

Thanks for the comment. Nothing special. Literally holding my iPhone against the window. The stabilization is pretty amazing on the 14.
