Is the Porsche Cayman GT4 RS too hardcore for British roads?

When you first clamber into the cockpit you know your in a hard core Porsche, all the interior is wrapped in alcantara, the steering wheel has a centre marker and you sit very very low.
The steering wheel takes you back to cars from the 80's, no buttons, just a glorious thing to behold and wrap your hands around. Even though this car doesn't have an option of a manual shifter, the enjoyment from knocking the PDK gear lever into manual mode and using the rally style way of changing gears is a joy, the weighting of this motion is very special.
Because the GT4 RS is so noisy, you actually don't need to drive it fast. Under steady throttle the noise in the cabin from the engine and the induction is easily livable for a couple of hours, I was actually surprised and thought it would be too overbearing from other reviews, but it wasn't.
The main highlight and the reason I think most enthusiasts will buy this car is the engine note. Every single RPM is enjoyable and has a slightly different note. The boom that fills the cabin and your skull after backing of the accelerator is intoxicating.
Positives
-Engine noise
-Steering wheel feel
-Gear shift sensation manual mode
-Connects every sense in your body
Negatives
-View out the rear window
A truly enjoyable driving experience, highly recommended.
