It Feels great to see influencer promoting old age ayurvedic traditions, had never seen someone talking about it earlier, she has grown so much but never got distracted from her roots thats what makes her different from everyone even i do the same rituals every morning especially the oil pulling thats a game changer for your oral health. Hi Mridul didi❤️ I'm obsessed with my favorite creator's content! Today's video on the 5am Ayurvedic routine was a game-changer. The best takeaway for me was the importance of starting your day with self-care and intention. I loved how she shared simple, yet powerful practices like oil pulling, abhyanga, and tongue scraping that can boost energy and clarity. What resonated with me most was the emphasis on listening to your body and honoring its needs. The creator's passion for Ayurveda and wellness is infectious, and her tips were so easy to follow. I appreciated how she made these ancient practices feel accessible and modern. The video was visually stunning, and her calming energy made me feel like I was experiencing the routine alongside her. I'm excited to incorporate some of these practices into my daily routine and continue learning from this inspiring creator. Her content always leaves me feeling motivated and inspired to prioritize my own well-being! Lots of love❤❤❤

What a relaxing video it was ❤ Actually in muslims we practice most of these things every single day like waking up for Fajr which is the prayer before sunrise and we recite 'Bismillah' before consuming water and anything edible, the vibration in food and water is so true.. it's said we should never make food in an angry state...it directly affects the food in a bad way. So yeah these things are very practical once we get used to

Little by little you would be able to increase oil pulling time. I started with 5-7 mints. Nd then 10 mints were too much now 10 mints feels really easy. But I still do till 10-12 mints. Not stretching till 15 . But daily I try to push little bit extra than 10 . You won't believe but oil pulling helps in weight management as well. If you have stubborn belly fat nd diet is not working. Oil pulling combined with good diet and a little workout works wonder.
