📍 Cooking Recipes
ㅇ Stir-fried Jinmichae
- Ingredients: 80g dried squid, 2T mayonnaise, sauce (0.5T sugar, 1T red pepper powder, 3T water, 1T rice wine, 1t soy sauce, 1t minced garlic, 0.5t minced ginger, 2T starch syrup, 2T red pepper paste)
- Mix dried squid with mayonnaise and leave it for 10 minutes or lightly steam it in a steamer. When the sauce boils over low heat, turn off the heat and mix the dried squid.
ㅇ Braised perilla leaves
- Ingredients: Sesame leaves, onion, red pepper, sauce (5T soy sauce, 4T water, 1T red pepper powder, 1T cooking wine, 1/2T sesame oil, 1T minced garlic, 1T sugar)
- Apply sauce layer by layer on every 2 perilla leaves, put in a pot and cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
ㅇ Stir-fried dried anchovies
- Ingredients: 100g anchovies, almond slices, cranberries, sauce (2T sugar, 2/3T brewed soy sauce, 3T mirin, 3T oligosaccharide)
- Strain the anchovies through a sieve to remove debris, and lightly stir-fry over low heat. Pour enough oil in a pan and fry the sauce and anchovies over medium heat without burning them.
ㅇ Tofu hotpot
- Ingredients: 300g tofu, pumpkin, onion, mushroom, crown daisy, anchovy stock, seasoning (red pepper powder 1.5T, soup soy sauce 1/2T, salted shrimp 1/2T, tuna fish sauce 1/2T, stock 1T, minced garlic 1t)
- Arrange the ingredients in a hot pot, add seasoning, and boil while pouring the broth.
ㅇ Seasoned spinach
- Ingredients: 1 bundle of spinach, seasoning (3T of ground sesame seeds, 2t of sugar, 4t of soy sauce)
- Add seasoning to the parboiled spinach and mix.
ㅇ Braised Beef and Potatoes
- Ingredients: 2 potatoes, 100g beef, onion, carrot, seasoning (2T soy sauce, 1T sugar)
- Put enough water and seasoning to submerge the ingredients in a pot and cook over medium-high heat. Add the green beans, turn off the heat, and cook for about 5 minutes until the seasoning is absorbed.
ㅇ Eggplant cold soup
- Ingredients: 2 eggplants, red pepper, seasoning (soy sauce for soup, 0.2T each of minced garlic), seasoning for cold soup (3 cups of water, 1T of salt, 4T of sugar, 1/2 cup of vinegar)
- Divide eggplant into quarters and steam in a steamer for 5 minutes. Pour cold soup seasoning on eggplant and top with red pepper to finish.
ㅇ Saury radish stew
- Ingredients: canned saury 450g, radish 200g, 2 cups of water, red pepper, green onion, seasoning (gochujang 3T, soy sauce 4T, refined rice wine 2T, red pepper powder 1.5T, sugar 1T, starch syrup 2T, minced garlic 1T, minced ginger and pepper powder) , matsul cooking wine 2T (optional)
- Boil the radish and water in a pot, and discard the water when it is slightly cooked. Mix half of the canned soup with the sauce, add saury and boil. At the end, add red pepper green onion cooking wine to finish.
ㅇ Stir-fried potatoes
- Ingredients: 3 Potatoes, Sliced Ham, Onion
- Shred potatoes and soak in water to remove starch. Fry onions in oil, add potatoes and cook over medium heat, then add ham, salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to finish.
ㅇ Matcha Madeleine
- Ingredients: 100g Soft Flour, 4g Baking Powder, 80g Sugar, 2g Salt, 20g Honey, 100g Butter, 100g Egg, 10-15g Matcha Powder
- Melt the butter in a double boiler. Beat the eggs, add sugar salt and mix. Add the powder and rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Bake in the oven at 180/160 degrees for about 15 minutes.
ㅇ Spicy Fish Cake Gimbap
- Ingredients: Fish cake sauce (4 slices of fish cake, 2T soy sauce, 1T anchovy sauce, 1T red pepper powder, 30ml water, 1T garlic, 2 chopped Cheongyang peppers, 1T honey), egg yolk, carrot
