It's completely multipurpose, just like regular coconut oil. You can apply it on your nails to nourish nail beds and soften cuticles. Apply as an all over body moisturizer or just on areas prone to dry skin. It's also excellent for moisturizing and taming dry, frizzy hair. You could mix it with sugar and make a delicious body scrub. The possibilities are endless with coconut oil.

Awesome video, Christine! Growing up in the Middle East my mom would use ingredients from the pantry and fridge to keep her beautiful skin glowing. One particular one that I remember her doing for herself and for me was using an egg white. She would beat the egg white and once it was frothy, she would use it as a face mask, rinse off once it was dry. It would give her face the most beautiful glow especially if the skin was looking dull; it also tightens up pores. Love your channel! xo

I completely agree with you! In the case of cellulite, the body can absolutely heal itself with proper care and a healthy diet. IMO, lipo is a quick temporary fix that doesn't solve the actual problem.
