Great exercise routine. I had an injury and haven't been able to do anything for about 8 weeks. I feel like Im back to square one, plus my feet are weak to begin with. very helpful - Thanks!

I tried this workout and realised how bad my feet are LOL. I hope you make the rest of the series soon. This workout is definitely helping my feet get stronger. Thanks.

yep! Totally overlooked mic - go for the version 2 though - that has USB-C! I prefer it over a DJI or whatever system that has wireless connection - more failsafe to just click record and sync in post later
