If u want double the result and benefits, let the fenugreek sit in water for 24 hours in an airtight jar and strain it, then put it in a spray bottle. Do the same with rice, put it in an airtight jar for 24 hours with water strain the water and add that to the fenugreek water. Rice water is even more beneficial for hair so using both the water from the fenugreek and the rice will give u double the result. I’ve been doing it for months and I’ve seen a massive difference my hair used to fall out in handfuls and now it doesn’t fall out and it’s growing even better than it was before the hair fall.

I've been drinking fenugreek tea recently and I actually love the taste! I have about 2 cups a day because it's so good😂 I can't wait to see results, I've heard MANYYYY great things about fenugreek for both clear skin AND extremely hair growth

I really like these fenugreek videos! I’m definitely going to try the fenugreek on my eyebrows! When my daughter was in high school, one day she woke up and her long, thick ponytail had come right out of her head. We now know that she has autoimmune issues but what helped besides eating clean is also increasing Vitamin D3, and getting Zinc and Iron. Major game changers.

I think it’s your diet too. You might need cooper and some zinc in your diet. I just started to use fenugreek in my hair because I had 2 c-scans within two months. I believe it was the radiation from that machine that caused my hair to start coming out soo much. I have curly hair like you so I understand the thinning hair issue. I just made some fenugreek tea yesterday. I will spray it everyday until I see a reduction. I made a mask on Tuesday with henna, fenugreek, olive oil and amla oil. I love your videos and Curly Proverbs videos too. Thank you for posting. Also I follow a woman on IG named “askdebbieabout hair and I learned from her that if you hair is falling out its do to minerals missing in your diet. Zinc and copper are two that she mentioned. Check her out, she has videos on her page and she has a hair clinic as well that address hair issues. Keep posting your videos. I appreciate them.

I have fenugreek in my hair oils, but I never thought of using it for my eyebrows. Could it be that your hair fall was due to anemia? I’ve seen lots of posts in which that was the reason. Since fenugreek contains iron, that may be part of the reason why your hair recovered. Just a thought. Thanks for sharing and take care. 😊

You know, for awhile I thought I was iron deficient but my levels always come back normal when I get it checked... so I don’t think that’s what is going on in my case... but it definitely makes sense that it is the case for a lot of people because it’s so common. Hopefully I’ll find my cause soon, just have to keep searching. 🙂

I really appreciate your video content👍🏼Fenugreek has become my new best friend. I am experiencing a lot of shedding. I feel like I do all the right thing to and for my hair, and can’t seem to retain length. So please keep the content coming. Nice the fenugreek past, your thoughts on using it with mustard oil🤔......Thank you!
@VyalaBloom

Hey Theresa! I'll definitely work on making a video for that shedding recipe that has been working for me. Definitely try out green tea in the meantime! In terms of mustard oil... I would honestly stay far away from it.... I tried it awhile ago as a hot oil treatment and as a face mask… but after the first 5 minutes of having it on my body I started getting really weird reactions… the deeper layers of my skin felt like they were spasming and my eyes started twitching and tearing up. and I just felt gross after rinsing it off. When I looked online to see what caused this I found out that Mustard oil is actually banned in the US, Canada, and the EU (for internal consumption) because it has been liked to a lot of serious side effects including many heart issues, dropsy (a severe form of edema), cancer, neuroexcitation, diarrhea, and a lot more.... And as a topical treatment just on your skin It has also been linked, skin blisters and irritation, rashes, increased sensitivity, neuroexcitation, dry skin, damaged skin barrier, and inflammation… (There’s an article on STYLECRAZE titled “Top 10 side effects of Mustard Oil” that sums up a lot of the dangers pretty well.) After learning all of this I have not touched mustard oil again. and I would not recommend using it on yourself whatsoever, no matter how beautiful it makes your hair, it’s not worth it. On the other hand, I have been experimenting with mixing fenugreek paste and pumpkin seed oil and so far I’m liking it quite a bit. I do still prefer mixing fenugreek paste with olive oil but it’s another thing to consider trying out!!

Hey hey! I've been incorporating fenugreek (seeds & powder) in more of my hair treatments and my hair has been LOVING it. I add a little hibiscus in my hair tea spritz too!!! Can't wait to try your fenugreek paste recipe. Question - did you say that soaking the powder in hot water first helps with the gritty/grainy texture? Next up, trying to drink a cup every now and then as well. Sidenote: your videos are so aesthetically pleasing and creative. Thank you for sharing! #yourscalpshouldbeprettydamnhappy

Hey hey!! To be honest I’m still experimenting with fenugreek powder and trying to make it work as a paste. So far though I have found that soaking the fenugreek powder in really hot water for 20-30 minutes helps the seeds soften up… as well as simmering the powder (on low) for about 9-12 minutes. I’ve also found that adding a bit of olive oil to the soaked powder can also help with the texture as well! Good luck on the fenugreek paste recipe! I'm so glad you're liking this stuff as much as I do! And thank you for your kind words… I work really hard on these videos :)

Thank you for this video, My hair since April has been falling so bad, Doctor said everything was OK, it has slowed down some, but my hair use to be so thick on top and now you can see some of the scalp, it scares me I LIVE MY HAIR , I don't want to be bald! Would your suggestion be to use Fennegreek tea maybe on the scalp everyday or just a couple of days a week? Sorry I don't mean to bother you and I know you are not a Dr. But you sure do make everything sound good for your hair. THANK YOU, Gerre from Little Rock, Arkansas ☺️♥️

Hey Gerre! I’m sorry you’re experiencing that, that must be so scary. For you I’d recommend using the fenugreek tea at least 4 days a week, everyday would probably be best. You may also be interested in my video titled “Simple Hair Growth Treatment” where I also add some Hibiscus and Green tea in with my fenugreek, that has helped cut down my own shedding dramatically!! (and rinsing your hair with green tea or black tea on it’s own can also be tremendously helpful with stopping hair loss in its tracks) You may also be interested in bhringraj, I personally don’t have any experience with it yet, but It’s known to be fantastic for hair loss as well. Finally, look into MSM and Vitamin C supplements for hair growth as well… these two have made a huge difference in growing my hair back thicker and stronger… better than any other hair vitamin or biotin pill ever has been able to. Much love sweetie, best of luck

Thank you for this video. You were very informative and educational. I know I have some dormant folicles and a lot of shedding and breakage. I first heard of Fenugreek from Curly Proverbz. You said the exact same thing she did. Both of you have EXQUISITE HAIR!!! That's all I need. I will be ordering Fenugreek Seeds by the pound. Can you put them in Smoothies? I think I'm going to put them in Aloe Vera juice for leave-in conditioning sprays. God Bless you Pretty Lady!!! Thank you Vyala B. God Bless.

Hello! If you are looking for something organic I’d recommend Anthony’s Goods Whole Fenugreek Seeds - you can find them on Amazon for a really good price. and if you’re looking for a goof fenugreek powder I highly recommend the 24 Mantra Organic Fenugreek Powder (also on amazon). However, any fenugreek seeds that you find at your local Indian store or elsewhere will do just fine! Good luck!! ♥️
