really wish i had someone to help me with my form when i was 15... my bench form was horrible and had no idea and damaged my rotator cuff muscles in each shoulder, which is still messed up today and it hurts to put on/off a jacket or shirt. im 16 now and have to wholly rely on 2lbs dumbbells to curl because any more than that irritates my shoulder

You should try doing different exercises on each day throughout the week like for example on push day instead of doing paused bench and then incline dumbbell you could do incline smith and then machine press. It won’t really affect progressive overload all that much and your joints will thank you. You could also just change the order of the exercise and have a shoulder or a tricep biased push say, and a row biased back day and a pulldown biased back day, and a quad biased leg day where you would start with squats and then do hamstrings and a hamstring biased leg day where you would do rdls and after that hack squats

Creatine is generally only recommended for use in adults unless you are a fairly active person. idk if you're male or female but since it boosts your anabolic hormones you might want to wait for your body to develop a little more before you consistently take it. Also creatine really only helps if you work out regularly, as in 5-7 days a week. It targets muscle growth and repair so make sure you are working out enough for it to actually work, hope this helps!

the size of your clavicles are genetic you cant change them focus on ur shoulders specifically side delts to look wider, also building ur lats help to get that v taper

train shoulders like crazy dawg, after 16 you can't really expect any significant grown in the clavicles. For example, doing lateral raises 4x a week or a dedicated shoulder/arm day.

you could eat low quality proteins such as beans and tofu and what not, only thing i would suggest is limit soy intake if you're a male as they have these little chemicals called phytoestrogens that can act as oestrogen in the body (opposite of testosterone/aka opposite of what you want as a man).

You need to train each muscle atleast twice a week for good growth, so it will be much harder to build muscle with a three days PPL, if you can only tran 3 times a week, I would reccomend full body instead.
