Paul's advice on slab: Step on volumes with toes and maximize the contact area Micro-adjust the foot position to stand higher on volumes Pody position + balance > Both hands gripping a hold Paul's advice on overhang: Match hands to avoid big dynamic moves if possible Take long rests between attempts to make them count

@Cacovangor
4 жыл бұрын
Zeinfeim Reldu'ulthaarn takes about 3min for atp via phosphagen and about 5min for atp via glycolysis to recover, though atop those are accumulated byproducts thus the energy may be there after 5min but harder to utilize.

@@Cacovangor thanks a lot for simplifying the english lvl of the comment ! Ok so yea even with break and 5m rest it is harder and harder to use a muscle as well over the span of a session But thats common sense isnt it ? Good stuff. On the cut loose after the dynamic move to the jug early in the steep problem, you seemed to be searching for where to put the feet back on, even at the last attempt. You could have cut down the time without feet on with a clearer action for that specific bit, it seemed to me.

Let me write a few notes, as a climbing coach. Slab boulder's first step probably could be a right foot and left foot do an inside flag, this way you don't have to change feet. On the video you did this problem only once, then change to the other boulder. I would recommend to repeat a few times, because the rythmn speed, precision, flow of the first try is usually not perfect. On the second one you could have been faster at the last try, if you memorize better beta. You climbed quite slow and hesitate about some moves which are seconds on the wall. Think about the tempo of Adam Ondra! Hope my words were usefull! Great video, as always! Keep climbing!
