Weeks ago I implemented routine that Jim Kwik described in his interview with Tom Bilyeu. It was an absotute game changer and speeded up my learning abilities. Core elements: 1. Never cut off the sleeping time. Body and brain need it. 2. No mobile phone, media, news etc for the first and last hour of the day. 3. Prepare your bed. It's the tiny accomplishment but it will make you happy when coming back after long, stressful day. 4. Meditation. Be grateful. Be grounded. Visualise your goal. 5. Drink water, brush your teeth with left hand(part of exercises for brain) 6. HIIT training. (Mine is also short, 15min max) That's all. Works magic for me.

Been doing the six-phase meditation for over a year now, usually every day. at least 5 out of 7 days on a bad week. it has helped me wean off 11 psychotropic meds, helped me stay mindful, calm and grateful through the reroute of my synaptic pathways from negativity to positivity. This took predominately 15 months, I was on a mountain in PR . Then Hurricane Maria hit and I had to do the med. out of memory which i did and it helped me not flip out as there was no light, no water and no communication. Thank you. I'm in Mass now working on the last 6 classes of my BA, in psych and it's still helping me. There have been people who advised me to mix it up, try something new and I had to let them know, i'll try another med in addition to my 6 phase..but i'm kindof addicted ... if it ain't broke, don't fix it. thank you @Vishen Lakhiani

Your morning rituals are amazing. And you used the word “warrior!” . There are some aspects of this ritual I have practiced in the past, with very good results. My question is - Where does one find the time for entertainment, or to make love, or to talk to distant family members or to do the laundry, or meal prepping?Thank you

When traveling to work by public service, I practice relaxation exercises such as Autogenic relaxation or the inner smile technique (from daoist traditions) or grounding meditation. Starting my workday relaxed hightens my ability to prevent and endure stress since i start the day in a more mentally flexible state.

I was following along with each of them until the 6th one: prayer (Im an atheist). I can see why it'd make someone feel hopeful and good, but the truth is these things you can find from within yourself. You can also get the same spiritual feeling of awe when you look at Earth, the stars, the galaxies, and realize how small we are. And appreciate our existence. I believe this is more profound and powerful than prayer when we realize how finite we are. Filling us with passion to live.
@kaiworleyphotography

Vishen explains the 'prayer' part can involve praying to any kind of higher power you believe in, which includes the earth, the universe, etc. It's not necessarily a prayer to a religious god or being.

I have been asking myself the same question 'what is prayer to atheist'? From experience through meditation something transendential does happen and you do connect with an instinctive 'inner voice'. So maybe it is 'spiritual' in that you connect somewhere inside you mind that gives access to higher aspect thinking and deeper intuition. When I achieve that there us a strng feeling of a 'universal' connection with everything past, present and future. I cannot explain it any more that this. I don't see it as a God as such but more of a primative connection with a universal source of everything feeling in harmony for a few seconds.
