What Is Islam? Islam is not just another religion. It is the same message preached by Moses, Jesus and Abraham. Islam literally means ‘submission to God’ and it teaches us to have a direct relationship with God. It reminds us that since God created us, no one should be worshipped except God alone. It also teaches that God is nothing like a human being or like anything that we can imagine. The concept of God is summarized in the Quran as: { “Say, He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He does not give birth, nor was He born, and there is nothing like Him.”} (Quran 112:1-4) Becoming a Muslim is not turning your back to Jesus. Rather it’s going back to the original teachings of Jesus and obeying him

Hi John with a little more height and a brighter evening the views are stunning. This is rural Ireland with no street lights but amazing starry nights and lots of landing possibilities should I have a motor out. I need very little space to land but I need to land upwind if any obstacles not down wind as they create rotor that can collapse a wing. It can be amazing on the right days. Cheers Gerry

Hi MGTOW MAP MAKER. I did a bit of skydiving for a little while but I really liked the soaring after I opened the canopy. I thought that I would try paragliding and I actually get to go back up using thermals which can be amazing. Being 6000 feet or more over the country side with a few mates on radio can be so much fun. We leave the cars parked and soar until the thermals kick off and try to climb in them and get to the bottom of the clouds. Once there we leave the mountains and go as far as we can. We can't see the thermals but we can feel and hear them you could be climbing at 1000 feet per minute or more. You're right it is addictive. Thanks for the comment Cheers Gerry

Hi Justmadeit2 . If I was bright I wouldn't trust my welding. Lol. It was fun to fly it though. When I fly the paramotor I foot launch and land on my feet too so I am used to landing softly and converting the speed to lift just at the end. I will do a few more low level flights one after another and check all the gear. If at that stage things are ok I will take it to a reasonable altitude like 500 feet and go cross country. On a sunny day here it can be really gorgeous. Cheers Thanks for the comment Cheers Gerry

Hi Poli. I need some more practice Lol. I held back a little on the power to rotate the wing through the prop wash and I thought that I could have just one foot on the wheel but when I went to full power I needed both. Not too bad though for my scrap little trike's first time out. The centre of gravity on take off and landing felt perfect and things just felt a little heavier in the air but made no difference to controlling the wing. I could easily make a nicer trike from stainless tubing but I will fly this contraption a little more first. The weather is not great for a few more days but I will get it in the air again soon. Thanks for the comments and advice. Cheers Gerry

Hi World Music Fiesta. My engine is 2 stroke, 185 cc and produces 25 hp. I weigh 85 kg and it has no problem getting me into the air.I think 15 hp might be enough if you match your prop to the rpm of your engine. Thanks for the question. Cheers Gerry

thanks so much Gerry for your valuable time, would a 4 stroke work too? I have a bike and i wish to take out the engine, its around 12 - 15 hp, 150 cc do not have a 2 stroke motor at the moment ( i have one old though which has 10 hp which i guess is too low ) . Also, how do i match the propeller to the rpm? do you know any link or website to follow the instructions? regards and cheers!
@GerrysDiy
7 жыл бұрын
Hi. World Music Festival. Baily make 4 stroke paramotors so a 4 stroke engine would do. I have seen the gearbox taken out of 4 strokes to reduce the weight and then the engine plated to complete the oil seal. On a trike the weight is not that important as you are not carrying the weight on your back. In some of the videos I just drove the trike around the field without a wing so if you get that far with your project you will get a feel for the thrust from your setup. The push from the propeller is surprisingly powerful and could achieve very fast ground speeds. Cheers Gerry

Hi Charyeet Leenord. All the components of the trike are just junk. The wheels are just from a scrap wheelchair and the steel was just bits and pieces that I already had. The front is just an old kids bike. I made this from stuff I already had lying around and so I did not need to buy anything other than welding rods. So about 5 dollars and my time was all it cost to make the trike. The wing and the paramotor were not included in that price but I already had them. Thanks for the comment. Cheers Gerry

Did not include the motor, prop, wing area of the bird, just the wheel frame, from wheel chair parts. An articulating front wheel would be much more stable in a ruff landing, with that if your feet get bounced off the foot supports, the wheel will straighten out to forward axis without rider input. Yes, the title was a tad bit "Click baitish, but not for one minute did I believe he was including the whole package, hell the chute's for these things are over a grand alone.

Hey ! Ive got several questions, How much does this cost? can anyone buy it or do we need like a permit or something? is it dangerous? Is it hard / scary to land at first? does it exist without wheels? like you just run with the engine on and you start flying when the engine goes fast enough? Thx if you answer me, Loved this video :D (sorry if i miss-spelled something or said something wrong, I'm not english, my english isn't really good ^^' )

Hi Cleocyde. There are links below the video where I flew this trike 70 km and here's a link to where I had a problem with the engine at 1500 feet and had to land on the side of a hill. kzitem.info/news/bejne/qJuh04J4hItjhmkm53s You can fly with out the wheels and I have videos of that too. It weighs about 40 kgs with gas so it's a lot easier to have it mounted on a trike but not necessary. Here's a link to my other channel where I foot launch while my friend flies his pr trike kzitem.info/news/bejne/somOwISFip2AhqQ Cheers Gerry

Cléocyde it is fairly expensive, and no, you don't need a license or permit. But it probably depends on what country you live in too. Yes, it's scary, but it's a lot of fun too.

So if you didn`t have the other parts what would it cost. $5 is a stupid thing to put in the title.

I want to get into paramotoring. Thank you for posting this, I know now that on takeoff, one should not let go of the throttle, until they're a little way up, you may have saved a fellow Irishman from across the pond from breaking his legs.

Hi. The engine is a Vittorazi Moster 185 classic. Main paraglider wing is a Sky cima K2 and the trike is made from all types of scrap. Cheers Gerry

Does it not need an airworthy type certification in the Uk?
