These 5 back walkover drills get progressively more difficult:
1. Box bridge + kick over
2. Modified bridge to a wall
3. Modified bridge to a low box
4. Elevated back walkover
5. Front leg elevated on a box
Make sure to stretch beforehand and have fun!
