Only half of those are better raging goblins. Cause half of those weren't goblins.

Worth noting that Raging Goblin being a goblin is not irrelevant. Still gets outclassed by, like, every 1 mana goblin nowadays, but still.

Important to note sword coast serpent is only considered an instant while you're casting the adventure. When it's on the field or in your hand, grave, or library it is ONLY a creature. That means it doesn't work with a lot of strategies that would prefer drown. Some examples: Anything that tutors instants Elsha of the infinite Kess disident mage Gale waterdeep prodigy Narset Enlightened master

The existence of snow lands will always make me laugh. They're a fun flavor thing and the idea of "it's a basic land but also has a different type that interacts with some cards" but they're just so unnecessary

They didn't commit to the idea enough for it to be good. If there were more snow cards some of the abilities would be good, but it's basically forgotten so they're useless.

For the 3/4 that cast the Gone Fishin’, (I’m sure someone told him or he thought about it more), the battlecry hasn’t resolved so the card hasn’t been fully “played” yet. Same reason old Yogg doesn’t trigger combos if he’s played alone.

Wooly Mammoth is a more fun cresture type though. I build a deck for fun back in the 90s called “Nathan’s Wild Elephant Barnyard and Sanctuary” thst used silly stuff like Bubble matrix to wash the elephants and briar patch. It won the gaming club’s standard tournament. 😂😂😂😂 so I have a fondness for mammoths and elephants 🐘 🦣 in Magic.

I appreciate that there’s a time limit to these videos, but as a relatively new MtG player, I can’t follow you most of the time. (But maybe I’m not your target audience and should just not watch?)
