I like Bey as a buy low candidate too but it's going to be awhile before he rounds into NBA shape since he torn his ACL in March.

Dario Saric is a good option for this but if they only make one addition, it has to be a wing, in my opinion I'd take Saric if they have a trade ready for Cam Johnson, Deandre Hunter, or another competent wing

I've heard multiple reports that Saddiq Bey is projected to be back by March 2025 at the earliest, even with the advancements in the medical field nowadays. It would most likely take too long for Bey to get back into NBA shape and get into his normal rhythm, especially being that late into the season it's highly improbable that he gets any serious minutes with the rotation already being established at that point of the year

Cavs are incapable of making any significant moves, without moving off one or two of the precious core players. Koby is not one of the best gm's in the league. In fact he isn't even the GM. Some of these takes on here are so sheepish I can't stand it. No Pres or CO decision maker anywhere around the league, values DG after last seasons choke job, like Altman does. A lot of orgs see Allen as a valuable asset, probably even more than Mobley at this juncture. Mitchell had, past tense, a ton of trade value, now the pressure is on, with that bag. If he can't carry them past NY or Indy, he wasn't worth it. He will never do that with Garland sharing the court. No matter what happens they will not beat Boston, without adding a Herb Jones or Cam Johnson type a=bare minimum. None of these meh sidekick depth chart fillers, that might be attainable through Koby Altman's diminished asset drawer, will cut it.
