Hamstrings (muscles on the back of your thigh) can get tight for a number of different reasons, including sitting down for a long time (at your desk, for example). If these muscles are tight then they can potentially cause aches/pains around the low back, hips, knees and even ankles.
If you’re wanting to know how to do hamstring stretches so you can touch your toes, then we got options for you to try them in standing, kneeling or with a band. You could even do these hamstring stretches after a workout or run to maintain your flexibility.
