I experience both fortification scintillating scotoma and digitolingual paresthesias a few times a year. I normally get one or the other, and only rarely have I had the visual aura and paresthesia together. Much to the annoyance of my sister who regularly gets full blown migraines, I *only* get the auras; I've never experienced a classic migraine headache. The episodes appear to be completely random, with no changes in diet, environment, or stressors.

Bonjour Encore une fois un grand merci pour vos vidéo et votre professionnalisme... Aujourd'hui j'ai 40 ans. Quand j'étais jeune j'avais des migraines complètes avec aura visuels et troubles du langage, puis en étant ado aura visuel et fourmillements main, bouche. Aujourd'hui j'ai des migraines complètes avec des auras uniquement visuels. Il m'arrive de temps en temps à avoir juste des auras.... Pour combattre j'ai tester énormément de choses... Aujourd'hui j'ai décidé de prendre 600 mg de magnésium journalier... 400 mg de vitamine B2 journalier... Et 400 mg de coenzyme Q10... Plus la boisson que j'ai découvert dans une de vos vidéos...👍💪💪💪

Hey mark, I suffer from migraines with aura, exactly what you're describing with the scintillating scotoma and I was wondering if you know of any natural abortive treatments that can nip it in the bud when it's beginning. The only thing I've had some luck with is giving myself a brain freeze which will interrupt the aura phase and change the trajectory of the migraine headache. However this is somewhat difficult to achieve using ice cream/ice cubes which will also burned the roof of the mouth. I will be attempting applying a high-quality peppermint essential oil to the roof of my mouth with the onset of the next migraine. Thank you for all that you do and merry Christmas! Catchup

I find its first and foremost important to be working on the long term and addressing the root causes, above and beyond that if we apply this to an acute situation then we want to buffer the oxidative and inflammatory damage while super charging absorption delivery and utilization of nutrients to the brain during this time to buffer any problems

N-Acetyl Cysteine. If you're watching this video, it's likely you've had this issue. If you've had this issue, you need N A C! Look up your ailment and N A C on any medical journals or research studies... P u b m e d specifically. It will blow your mind how much N A C helps with purging oxidative stress from our bodies! I had to "space" in order to not be censored.
