@@NoelDeyzel Daddy, I have a question. Have you ever stubled upon a gym cleaner who lifted your deadlift like nothing.
I'm not into bodybuilding, but I'm focused on exercising to better my appearance, and I gotta say, you are being open about that is a true relief. I've struggled with an eating disorder in the past, and I know how unrealistic standards can cause damage.

@@jumpiko4553 I've lived in NE Texas/SW Arkansas my whole life and I can attest it is probably some of the least scenic areas of either of these two states unless you just like looking at tall pine trees. aside from when you go way way west in Texas( aka the flat desert with no trees) like i said our region is the least scenic. Go check out going around some of the rivers In mid/south like the Frio. It's beautiful or some of the plains.

hey i wanted to say thanks for posting this :) i'm 16 and since a house fire when i was small, have had to get over a lot of trauma regarding everyday things, including stovetops and frying things. this morning i made french toast and used a frying pan for the first time ever without a mental breakdown. honestly at the start my pulse was highed than during any workout, but i stayed calm and- i think i enjoyed making french toast? the food didn't come out perfect but i'm really proud of it for a first time. anyway, thank you for posting this - somehow it just made frying seem a lot less overwhelming.

But I now realized that after trying it out, i did one, then 5 then 10. I don't really have anywhere to talk about this so I'll post it here so you know that you are motivating me to keep on goin at the gym :) And for others to know that you can definitely do any goal you have as long as you push on through, my next goal iiiiis 20 pushups
