If your lower back was hurting it’s because you weren’t engaging your core enough once you fully engage your core you don’t feel your back at all

YALL I CANT RECOMENDED THIS ENOUGH!! I’ve been doing 30 minute workout everyday for months and they never worked. Recently I didn’t have enough time so I switched to this and in ONE WEEK I SAW A DEFINED AB LINE for reference I’m 13

im 13 and honestly pretty fit. its just that i want more challenge and definition, I want to turn my flat stomach into something more. School starts back up in about 7 days since im on winter break. I think i'll do this everyday until then and continue. Thank you for this!!!

doing this for as long as I remember! please like my comment to remind me to leave updates :) Day 1: I had to take multiple short breaks. I kept on sliding off my mat during the leg lifts.. 😅 the burn was INTENSE though! Day 2: my core is still sore from yesterday’s workout so i’m going to stop until it heals Day 3: core is less sore, completed the workout with a lengthy break around the 3-minute mark. one word: OUCH (in a good way)! Day 4: skipped :( Day 5: i did 3 back-to-back ab workouts including this, my last one. i didnt feel any burn for some reason but i was SUPER exhausted, which could’ve replaced the burn somehow haha. i took two short breaks (~10 seconds) in total. my abs are more defined than they ever were! hopefully i remember to do this, haha! Day 6: done along w a few other ab workouts! my core isnt sore at all. :) Day 7: done Day 8: skipped Day 9: done without any breaks :)

Doing this every day I’ll update you guys! Promise I’ll actually update Day one ✅ Day one didn’t hurt very much I’m feeling good! Obviously no changes yet bc it takes time so t quit bc ur not gonna see changes the first four days!!!! You got this Day two ✅ No changes doesn’t hurt much after but while doing it it hurts a lil! Hoping to see changes soon! Day three ✅ My abs we’re a little bit more toned today but I was also a little bit bloated. But abs were toned so if we stick with it I think it will show excellent results!

Day 1: felt the burn, stopped twice in between for about 20 seconds each. My shoulder blades weren't off the ground the whole time.

Ill be commenting my results! (I tried eating a little bit healthier too) Day 1: HUGE BURN, in the bicycle crunches I rested for 10 seconds before actually doing it. Day 2: Did it in the morning with my sister, still really hard, HUGE burn. (No physical diff yet) Day 3: Did it in the morning again with my sister, got a little easier. Did it again in the afternoon - got a lot easier! Day 4: ❤ skipped a day Day 5: ❤ skipped another day, core is so sore. (BUT did 9 minute-tabata and other exercises for about 10-15 minutes) Again, no changes yet. Day 6: ❤ Skipped again LMAO. But I walked to school and back. Only felt the heat in the last exercise. Liked that there’s no rest and it’s a minute for each exercise. It’s all front core and I would have liked some side and back core work too. Good to do this as a circuit, 3 rounds and maybe a minute rest between each round.

Pairing this with 30 Minutes cardio 4/5 times a week Day 1: Killer!!! Had to take breaks in between 10-15 seconds each. Hope to do this workout with no breaks in 7-8 days. did workout at 11pm Day 2: 30 Mins cardio. When I first woke up my core wasn't really hurting but then throughout the day it started hurting. Did it at 8pm and it was definitely burning!!! Didn't take that many breaks at all maybe 2-3 seconds x3. By the time I got to bicycle crunch I was in pain!!! but a good pain. I did have to take a longer 5-10s break by this time (when she started the bicycle crunches). Day 3: Done

I do your 6 minute one in the morning and this one in the afternoon. Im 14, and pretty muscular, but my stomach is never flat. Im hoping that this works because i want abs or at least a flat stomach for the summer!

doing this workout till i get a six pack day 1, really hard felt the burn so bad day 2, was a bit better and easier still burned alot tho 😅 day 3, hurt so bad had to take a lot of breaks but succeeded it! day 4, day 5, day 6,
