Our delicious hummus recipe, made fresh every week and eaten very quickly as it is so tasty.
You will need:
1 tin of chickpeas
2 cloves of garlic
The juice of 1 and 1/2 lemons
1 teaspoon of salt
Approx 2/3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons of tahini
Water
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. You can alter the quantities to your own individual taste.
